The instant preview is a rough visualization. Within 24 hours of checkout, a designer will refine your artwork, sizing, placement, background, colors and layout, then email the proof used for production.

2. What if my logo is blurry—or I don’t have one yet?
Upload whatever you have. Our designers can enhance, rebuild or vectorize low-resolution artwork at no additional design charge.

3. Can you change my background, layout or colors?
Yes. Add your instructions in the Notes box or reply to your proof email. We can adjust backgrounds, colors, orientation, text, layout and multiple logos before production.

4. Can I request changes to my proof?
Yes. Reply within 24 hours to approve your proof or request changes. Free revisions are included.

5. What happens if I don’t respond to my proof?
If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, your latest proof will be considered approved and moved into production.

Yes. If you cannot approve your proof, you may request a full refund before production begins. Once production begins, custom orders are final.

7. Will the finished colors match my screen?
We match the color references supplied with your order as closely as possible. Slight variation may occur between screens and the finished rug material.

1. Do you offer custom sizes and shapes?
Yes. Contact us before ordering with your artwork and required dimensions. Custom sizes and shapes are reviewed for feasibility and quoted individually.

2. What is the largest rug available in one piece?
Rugs up to 8.5 feet wide can be produced as one continuous piece. Wider rugs can be made as separate sections designed to sit side by side.

1. What is the standard rug made from?
Each rug has a smooth polyester surface, cushioned nonwoven core and built-in non-slip dot backing. It is approximately 8 mm thick and hand-tailored in California.
Black surged stitching is standard. Other edge colors and additional anti-slip pads are available by request. -
2. Is it suitable for busy entrances and lobbies?
Yes. The commercial-grade, stain-resistant and fade-resistant construction is designed for daily use in busy business spaces.

3. How do I clean it, and is it machine washable?
Vacuum regularly and spot-clean with a slightly damp cloth. The standard rug is not machine washable.

4. Can the rug be used outdoors?
The rug is suitable for indoor spaces and covered outdoor areas protected from prolonged direct weather.

5. Will the rug lie flat after delivery?
Most rugs settle flat quickly. Temporary waves or edge curl can appear because the rug is rolled for shipping. Reverse-roll it or place light weight along the affected area to help it settle.

Report shipping damage or manufacturing defects within seven days of delivery. Include clear photos of the rug, packaging and shipping label. Once verified, Rugtomize will provide a replacement or refund.

Custom orders are final once production begins, except for verified shipping damage or manufacturing defects.
