If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, your latest proof will be considered approved and moved into production.

Yes. If you cannot approve your proof, you may request a full refund before production begins. Once production begins, custom orders are final.

We match the color references supplied with your order as closely as possible. Slight variation may occur between screens and the finished rug material.

Yes. Contact us before ordering with your artwork and required dimensions. Custom sizes and shapes are reviewed for feasibility and quoted individually.

Rugs up to 8.5 feet wide can be produced as one continuous piece. Wider rugs can be made as separate sections designed to sit side by side.

Each rug has a smooth polyester surface, cushioned nonwoven core and built-in non-slip dot backing. It is approximately 8 mm thick and hand-tailored in California.

Black surged stitching is standard. Other edge colors and additional anti-slip pads are available by request.

Yes. The commercial-grade, stain-resistant and fade-resistant construction is designed for daily use in busy business spaces.

Vacuum regularly and spot-clean with a slightly damp cloth. The standard rug is not machine washable.

The rug is suitable for indoor spaces and covered outdoor areas protected from prolonged direct weather.

Most rugs settle flat quickly. Temporary waves or edge curl can appear because the rug is rolled for shipping. Reverse-roll it or place light weight along the affected area to help it settle.

Upload a PNG, JPG or PDF file up to 20 MB. Vector artwork is preferred when available, but low-resolution files are accepted.

Standard orders ship from California within 1–4 business days after design approval. Delivery time begins after shipment and varies by destination.

One standard ground shipment is included for orders delivered within the contiguous United States. Additional or expedited shipments may cost extra.

Yes. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Yes. Bulk pricing is available for orders of 10 or more rugs. Contact us for a custom quote.

Report shipping damage or manufacturing defects within seven days of delivery. Include clear photos of the rug, packaging and shipping label. Once verified, Rugtomize will provide a replacement or refund.

Custom orders are final once production begins, except for verified shipping damage or manufacturing defects.
